Trust      118 bpm                        MP3 Sample

Well I don’t know what to think, of the things I’ve been told.
When it’s coming to you. You know that I’ve been sold.
Well if you want me back, you have to pay your dues.
You’re the one I never trusted, till I found your heart was true.

Why?

Now I feel, one less lie in my life. To touch you with the magic.
Would that hold you through the night?
Just turned and ran away. And now you’re leaving me.
Well our dreams are gone, and so it seems you’ve thrown away
our destiny.

Why?

Only in You.
Trust.
Only in You.

Reworked in 2003 & 2005
*Originally performed by: U-N-I*
Live Glass Pads by Jen Foxx

Recorded and Produced at Red Square Digital by
Breye 7x, Jen Foxx, & Carlos Covarrubias.
Mastered by Brian Hazard at Resonance Mastering.

Trust was a very old U-N-I song that was performed in the early days
when our sound was more synthpop than Industrial. I always
believed this was a great song and reworked it over the years until I
was finally ready to record it in 2005. The final produced version
seemed to fit in perfectly on The Consequence and it ended up being
the final track recorded for the album on December 31st, 2005.

I don't need to go into detail about trust, as everyone knows you
cannot have love, a relationship, or a true friendship without it.

Trust was performed in every live show after the release of The
Consequence, until our final show in Salt Lake City on 9-2-2006.

This was one of my personal favorites to perform with
Jen, Randon, and Carlos.
