Attraction was written before Carlos came back to Houston and re-
joined the band in late 2005. At the time, he was living in Kingsville,
Texas going to college and trying to rebuild his life.
He was travelling to a nearby city to meet with someone who he had
an attraction to, and I wrote the lyrics in this song for him; and
about his experience.

At the time I started the sound design and programming for
Attraction, I knew right away this song would be drastically different
than anything we'd ever done; due to the structure and samples I
began to infuse within it. There's a horror movie sample in this song
that I manipulated. Do you know what movie it's from?

Attraction was never performed live.
